2. How to Request a Return
Returning an item is simple:

3. Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item due to change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are always issued back to your original payment method.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in preparing every order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us right away at sophiesboutique.wellington@gmail.com. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Custom & Personalized Orders
Because they are specially crafted for you, custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please double-check your order details before placing your order.
