At Sophie’s Boutique Wellington, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ve designed our process to be clear, fair, and stress-free.


1. Return Eligibility

Your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused & Undamaged: Products must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear.

  • Original Packaging: All tags, accessories, and packaging must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.


2. How to Request a Return

Returning an item is simple:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sophiesboutique.wellington@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will confirm your request and provide instructions.

  3. Send Your Item: Once approved, return the product in its original condition as directed.


3. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you return an item due to change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Refunds are always issued back to your original payment method.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing every order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us right away at sophiesboutique.wellington@gmail.com. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


7. Custom & Personalized Orders

Because they are specially crafted for you, custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please double-check your order details before placing your order.
