  • Complete your order – you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the New Zealand. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on location).

  • Rural areas: Allow an extra 1–2 days.

  • We believe in keeping things simple — that’s why shipping is always free, no matter the size of your order.

  • Shipping is free for all orders within the New Zealand.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is:

✔ Unused and undamaged
✔ In its original packaging with all tags attached

Custom and personalized items are non-returnable.

How do I request a return?

  • Wait for approval before sending the item back. We’ll provide return instructions.

  • Send your item in its original condition.

  • Once received, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
